DIALABS was set up by a team of professionals mainly from IIT's and IIM's in the summer of 2003. It started as a telecom product company and has slowly expanded into Business, Management and IT consultancy. Recently we have floated Our Venture Capital arm.

Satyendra Badugu is the founding CEO of DIALABS . He has Fifteen years of extensive experience in Telecom & IT.He has a proven record of identifying opportunities in the market and then successfully conceive and develop products to address the market.Under his guidance DIALABS developed and sold Intellectual property in the area of device and data agnostic messaging applications to HSBC-GLT..

He has diverse industry expertise in various verticals like telecom product development, Telecom service providers, Government, health, Banking, Call center, public utilities etcHe has been featured in various newspapers and journals in India (“Deccan Chronicle”, “The Economic Times’, “Express Computers”, “The Hindu”, “Indian Express” etc).

His Expertise spans the complete spectrum of Telecom engineering (which includes IVR, Computer Telephony Integration, Voice switches, PBX systems, Messaging Tools, Mobile Messaging, PSTN, Cellular and VOIP networks) and Telecom provisioning. He has worked with several well-known startups,telecom giants,interoperability labs and Service providers in India and US.He has also successfully implemented E-governance solutions for the Indian and Philippines markets.

Satyendra has done his Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Madras.

Raju Sivaraman Nair has more than fourteen years of experience in software development and project management. Most of his 14 years of career he has focused on conceptualizing and tailoring solutions to Banking ,Insurance and Retail verticals.

He has handled multiple project delivery, managerial and business unit responsibilities involving offshore delivery as well as onsite project management of engagements in the Asia and Europe.

He also has consulting experience in ITS domain. He has worked for companies in Europe which are in the business of gathering Traffic data and providing it to stakeholders like road authorities, service providers, research institutes etc.
